Otter's Exit and the Frasers Relay

Reini Otter's 28 years at Frasers Property end on 17 December 2026. EdgeProp reported on 13 October 2026 that the outgoing chief executive of Frasers Property Industrial, who has held that post for seven years, is moving to ESR Group to lead its Australia and New Zealand business. 1. 17 December 2026, Otter's last day. His departure closes a Frasers career that includes seven years at the head of the industrial and logistics business. He takes up the top post at ESR Group's Australia and New Zealand operations.

Sengkang Connection on Its Own Calendar

Sengkang Connection follows a separate timetable set by its developer, Soilbuild Group Holdings Ltd. JTC awarded the Seletar West Road 3 site in Sengkang West on 1 October 2025 after a tender that drew four bids, and completion is scheduled by Q1 2029, with Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy targeted. The eight-storey B2 general industrial multiple-user factory will offer strata units on a 33-year JTC lease across a site of 23,196.6 sqm.
